Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the complete HR cycle, from recruitment to employee engagement, and contribute to building a dynamic and healthy work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and coordinating with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Handle employee relations, attendance, grievance management, and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Prepare and manage monthly payroll, leave records, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Oversee daily administrative and HR operations while supporting performance reviews and internal communications.
  • Plan and organize in-house festivals, games, team-building activities, and other employee engagement events.
  • Maintain strong verbal and written communication to ensure effective interaction across all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic HR tools, processes, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
