Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The candidate should be proficient in functional, UI/UX, regression, and end-to-end testing, and must be comfortable utilizing AI-based tools to optimize test coverage, documentation, and reporting. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and automation engineers to identify defects, maintain product quality, and ensure a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities:

Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications including functional, regression, usability, integration, and cross-browser/device testing.
Execute test cases, record results, report bugs, and track them till closure using project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Use AI-driven QA assistants and tools for: Test case generation, Bug documentation & summarization, Risk prediction and prioritization, Automated logs analysis
Collaborate with developers to reproduce bugs, validate fixes, and ensure defect-free releases.
Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis & QA sign-offs.
Ensure product stability through sanity, smoke, and regression cycles before release.
Create test documentation, release notes, and checklists.
Use tools like Postman or Swagger to test APIs (preferred).
Suggest improvements in QA workflow and contribute to building scalable QA processes.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, Agile/Scrum.
Hands-on experience with Bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, Trello, ClickUp, Superwork).
Ability to write and execute test cases, scenarios, and test reports.
Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools such as ChatGPT-based QA prompts, Testim, Katalon with AI, TestRail AI plugins or similar.
Basic knowledge of API Testing using Postman.
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to think from end-user perspective and spot edge cases.

Good to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
Use tools like Postman or Swagger to test APIs (preferred).
Understanding of mobile device testing tools like BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab.
Knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus.
Experience with AI-based test automation or prompt engineering for QA.
