Requirements
Our client needed a solution that proved how technology and data could drive scalability in shrimp farming. Their goal was to increase profitability while also ensuring long-term sustainability through smarter, tech-enabled operations.

Traditional shrimp farming relied heavily on manual monitoring and inconsistent practices, leading to inefficiencies and unpredictable fields. Lack of real-time data made it difficult to optimize feed, water quality, and overall farm performance. Additionally, scalability was limited due to poor traceability and high operational costs. The client needed a tech-driven solution to streamline operations and support growth without compromising quality.
